Heartside
by McCallon Technologies
A private health platform we built for our own family.
Heartside is a personal project. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it is not available to the public.
About Heartside
Heartside runs on our own hardware, inside our own network. It's where we work out how several AI models can cooperate safely on sensitive information.
Features
-
A council, not a chatbot.
Several models answer the same anonymized question on their own. A judge model merges their answers, and plain code, not a model, measures how much they agree.
-
Rules before models.
Safety checks run as ordinary, tested code before any model sees a question, and they keep working with no AI connected at all.
-
Privacy engineering.
Model requests are stripped to age and sex. Each person's records sit in their own encrypted database, and a local model keeps private notes on the machine.
-
Built to be checked.
Thousands of automated tests, a written threat model, and pages verified by rendering them.

Demo Demo. How a council reaches agreement. The question is a placeholder.
